- On-Site Verification: Final project costs—especially for bathroom remodeling and repiping—are subject to a physical inspection to ensure work is carried out to code.
- Remodeling: For remodeling projects, the scope of work is limited to the signed agreement; any additional rot, mold, or code violations found behind walls will require a written change order and adjusted fee.
